Augur Financial Opportunity SICAV (the “Fund”) is a specialized Private Equity Fund, pursuing an innovative concept.

Augur Financial Opportunity SICAV is the first Private Equity Fund specialized on investments in the financial services industry in Europe, primarily in the insurance sector. The fund seeks to generate stable and predictable cash flows at moderate risk for the investor. Instead of high debt financing, which is usual for traditional Private Equity Funds, Augur Financial Opportunity SICAV will primarily use equity financing for the investments. Annual dividends will start one year after the investment.

The Fund has already received commitments of leading German financial institutions amounting to over Euro 130 million.
